143 cals so far..... walked/jogged for 2hrs30mins. Gonna have to eat dinner tonight, rice w/vegetables... thats in around 3hrs. i feel ok now. if i get hungry i'l have a green tea. i'm cooking dinner and i love cooking :-D

which alcoholic drinks are lowest cal/fat wise... i usually stick to vodka orange or vodka soda water but any other ideas??? Sainsburys are now doing low-fat wine but they don't have it in bars! xXx
